These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SendPic, provided by Paper, Inc. ("Paper," "we," "us," or "our"). By using SendPic, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We grant you a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use SendPic on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store rules. You are responsible for your device, Snapchat account, selected media, prompts, and how you use or share generated results.
You retain your rights in content you provide. You give Paper and its service providers a limited license to host, transmit, reproduce, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the requested SendPic feature. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use the content.
You may not use SendPic to violate law or another person's rights; exploit or endanger a child; create non-consensual intimate imagery; impersonate, defraud, harass, or threaten others; distribute malware; reverse engineer or disrupt the service; evade purchase or credit controls; or submit content you do not have permission to process.
AI results can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to material created for others. Review results before sharing them. We do not guarantee that an AI result is unique, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or eligible for intellectual-property protection. Availability and generation time may vary.
SendPic may offer weekly, monthly, or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time credit packs. The exact price, billing period, and included credits are shown before purchase and may vary by storefront.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Apple processes payment. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Refund requests are handled under Apple's policies.
AI image edits currently use three credits and five-second AI videos use five credits. Plans and credit costs may change prospectively. Purchased top-up credits do not expire, but they have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may only be used with SendPic.
Restoring purchases may restore eligible subscription access. Consumable purchases are subject to Apple's restoration rules; SendPic may also recover a server-side credit balance when it can associate it with the same pseudonymous purchase identity.
SendPic interoperates with Apple, Snapchat, and other services described in the Privacy Policy. Their terms may apply separately. SendPic is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Snap Inc., and Snapchat is a trademark of Snap Inc.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or service changes. We may restrict access for a material violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SendPic is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill arising from SendPic. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. If you continue using SendPic after an update takes effect, you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to support@sendpic.xyz.
