Paper, Inc. ("Paper," "we," "us," or "our") provides SendPic. This policy explains what information SendPic processes, why we process it, and the choices available to you.
Photos, prompts, and generated media. When you choose an AI editing or animation feature, SendPic sends the selected image and your instructions to our service so the requested result can be created. Media you only select, edit locally, or share to Snapchat without using an AI feature is not sent to our AI service.
Purchase and subscription information. Apple and RevenueCat provide transaction status, product identifiers, subscription entitlement, and credit-balance information. We use a pseudonymous customer identifier derived from App Store transaction information; SendPic does not require an account with your name or email address.
Usage and technical information. Firebase Analytics and Superwall may process app interactions, device or installation identifiers, app version, operating-system information, approximate region derived from network information, and technical diagnostics.
Information you provide to support. If you contact us, we process the message and contact information you choose to provide.
We use information to provide image editing, video generation, sharing, subscriptions, and credit balances; prevent abuse and duplicate charges; maintain and improve SendPic; diagnose failures; answer support requests; and comply with legal obligations.
We use providers that process information on our behalf, including Apple for App Store purchases, RevenueCat for subscriptions and credits, Superwall for paywalls, Google Firebase for analytics, Google Cloud for service hosting, OpenAI for AI image editing, Replicate and its model providers for AI video generation, and Snap for sharing to Snapchat. Their processing is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies. We require service providers that process information on our behalf to protect it with the same or equal protection as described in this policy.
Paper does not intentionally store source photos, prompts, or generated media in a persistent content database. They are transmitted and processed as needed to complete a request. Generated media may be cached on your device until the cache is cleared or the app is removed. Service providers may retain request data for security, abuse prevention, or service operation under their own retention rules. Purchase, credit, analytics, and support records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and applicable legal obligations.
SendPic does not use facial recognition, face detection, or face tracking, and does not collect, generate, or store faceprints, facial geometry, or any other biometric identifiers. Photos you select may incidentally include faces, like any photograph. SendPic treats them only as images and processes them solely to produce the edit or animation you request.
Photos that may contain faces are never used to identify anyone, never used for advertising, never sold, and never used by Paper to train AI models. They are transmitted securely, are not stored by Paper in any persistent content database, and are automatically deleted from temporary processing storage within approximately one hour. The AI service providers listed above process images only on our behalf to complete your request and may retain request data briefly for security and abuse prevention under their own retention rules.
We do not sell personal information and do not use SendPic data for cross-app advertising tracking. We disclose information to the service providers listed above, when you direct us to share content, or when required to protect users, enforce our terms, or comply with law.
You can decline camera or photo-library access in iOS Settings, avoid AI features, manage subscriptions through Apple, and delete locally cached content by removing the app. To ask about, access, correct, or delete information associated with you, email support@sendpic.xyz. We may request transaction details needed to locate pseudonymous purchase records.
SendPic is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We may update this policy as SendPic changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be described in the app or its App Store listing.
